Custom made specials/ plating of customer blanks:

We constantly produce special tools according to the specs of our customers, that can be processed according to the print supplied by you, or we will plate a blank you provide. Custom plating is very versatile, because almost any shape of tool can be plated with any grit size of superabrasive (Diamond or CBN). It can also provide production cost savings because the part's finish shape can be easily produced by the plated tool.

As a new customer, you are welcome to try out our quality of service by sending in a small tool as a trial sample to be processed with your choice of CBN or Diamond (any grit size) for shipping cost only, should you like to do so!
